Tough Matches Create Fantastic Games

The U15A and B girls’ netball teams had tough matches on Tuesday against Portsmouth Grammar. The A team had a fantastic game taking the lead in the final quarter and maintaining their lead until the final whistle, winning 23-18. The Bs also had a good game and despite losing their match they played well.

The U18 girls’ football team played their first ever match against a much more experienced side from King Edward’s Witley but they started positively. They had a good spell of possession with Georgie Deane hitting the post in the final minutes of the game. The girls competed very well with the game finishing 4-0 to KES Witley. Congratulations to the U12 Dunhurst netball team who competed very well last weekend at the IAPS National finals at Roedean having qualified from the regional event earlier this month. This puts them in the top six U12 prep school teams in the country.
